My Story

I’m an experienced bookkeeper that has worked for over 10 years in accounting. As a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and small business expert, my passion is for teaching accounting in a way that actually makes sense for a non-accountant. Every small business owner should feel confident in understanding their books!

What's the course format?

Each chapter is broken into lessons by topic. These pre-recorded video tutorials walk you through how to use your QuickBooks and offer you best practice tips on how a majority of businesses will be using the tools that QuickBooks Online offers.

The videos are regularly updated so you always have current versions of QuickBooks in your tutorial as well as new topics frequently being added to stay up to date with your bookkeeping needs.

Every chapter is included in the course so you receive the whole “book”. While each lesson is valuable, you can watch only the ones that apply to you or you have questions on. Additionally, you will receive helpful templates, access to the members only Facebook group, and the ability to submit questions to be answered by our bookkeeping experts.

I've been in business for years, will this course still be helpful to me?

Absolutely, yes! Whether you're just getting started or been handling your books for a while, this course can give you practical tips on how to BEST use QuickBooks Online.

If you’re new to QuickBooks Online, this will teach you a good foundation and how to start off on the right foot and maintain good books for sure.

But, if you’ve been handling things by yourself for a while or even had bookkeepers in the past, this can teach you how to best handle your bookkeeping and hopefully avoid costly CPA clean ups when it comes to tax time.

WhY CAN'T I JUST ASK CHATGPT?

While a google search, YouTube video, or AI might give you the right answer from time to time, it’s not going to reliably teach you what to do or when to do it. Every business in every industry will run a bit different so you can all ask the same question, but only someone with true accounting expertise can give you the right answer for your specific situation. On top of that, we stay vigilant in giving you up to date resources and make sure you don’t feel alone in navigating the world of accounting as a small business owner.
